Building Design Expert Wanted
TIA Consulting is a small Building Design & Project Management business operating in Adelaide since 1984.
We are seeking an enthusiastic qualified Building Designer with a minimum of 5 years work experience in residential and smaller scale commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from inception to completion, including client meetings and liaison with councils, using the PlanSA portal, coordinating sub-consultants, site measure ups, design development, and contract documentation.
* Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Required Qualifications:
* Diploma in Building Design (minimum).
* Australian citizenship is required.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years specifically in residential building design.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and experience with the Building Code of Australia, local Council Development Plans, and Access Code.
* Current Driver's Licence and excellent written & verbal communication skills.
