About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Manager, Internal Digital Communications & Engagement to lead our internal digital communication operations and platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping how we connect with our workforce and maximise employee engagement through innovative digital channels and tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of ASC's internal digital communication and engagement activities
* Oversee ASC's internal digital platforms including 'The Port' intranet site, email marketing platform and digital screen network
* Drive employee engagement through innovative digital content and campaigns
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital communications with business objectives
* Innovate in the internal digital communication space to ensure that ASC continues to provide a contemporary internal digital experience
* Ensure governance and compliance across all internal digital communication platforms
Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Extensive experience in digital communications, internal communications or related field
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven ability to manage digital platforms and tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
* Familiarity with content marketing, UX/CX principles, information architecture, web design principles, analytics and other digital knowledge
Desirable:
* Tertiary qualifications in communications, digital media or related discipline
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
