We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Risk & Compliance Officer to join our team
What You Will Do:
As the Risk & Compliance Officer, you will support Council's governance framework through the coordination and preparation of Council and Committee meeting agendas, maintaining key registers, and administering critical governance instruments. You will work closely with the Risk and Compliance Advisor and other internal teams to ensure our governance and compliance obligations are met with precision and professionalism.
What We Are Looking For:
* Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support within a complex organisation.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise, organise and plan own work to ensure strict reporting deadlines are met.
* Demonstrated ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the proven ability to draft, proofread, and prepare written communications, preferably in a corporate setting.
* Strong customer service focus, with an ability to relate well to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Ability to communicate complex matters to various audiences in a clear, accessible way.
