About the Role
Mandurah Baptist College invites applications from outstanding Christian educators to the position of Dean of Early Learning. Reporting to the Head of Primary, the Dean of Early Learning is responsible for managing the College's Early Learning programs and facilities from Pre Kindergarten to Year 2.
The successful candidate will have a robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, the Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines, the National Quality Standards and the Western Australian Curriculum as it pertains to this phase of schooling.
Housed in award-winning facilities, the College's Early Learning Centre consists of newly-created collaborative and engaging learning spaces designed to meet the needs of modern early childhood education.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for the position of Dean of Early Learning should address the selection criteria in the position description found on the College website.
Applicants for this position will have:
* A living Christian faith
* Curriculum &/or pastoral and teaching experience
* A sound understanding of contemporary pedagogy and wellbeing paradigms
* Strong team building and organisational capacity
* A willingness to go the extra mile to achieve excellence
* Evident leadership capacity; strong referee commendations
* Excellent communication skills
* Relevant teaching qualifications and current registration with Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA)
* Current Working with Children Check
