Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist (Master Agent) based in Osborne Park, WA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and generating new business opportunities. Daily tasks include delivering tailored sales presentations, guiding clients through product options, providing managed print solutions and managing the overall sales process to meet or exceed sales goals. The role will also involve supporting the customer service team and contributing to sales strategy development to drive growth.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
* Proven experience in sales and sales management to drive revenue growth and foster client retention.
* Ability to provide training and support to clients to ensure proper understanding and use of our solutions.
* Proficiency in building and managing strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet deadlines and sales targets.
* Previous experience in technology, business solutions, or managed services is a strong plus.
* Business-to-business sales within technology, business solutions, or managed services.
