As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will use your clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel with physical and/or psychological injuries. This unique role offers meaningful and purposeful rewards. Be part of the team that prepares our military to defend and protect Australia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take a holistic care approach within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery from rehab to healing.
2. Perform assessments based on your clinical expertise, such as functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders including injured employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals.
4. Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans.
KPIs are based on service delivery outcomes, emphasizing a person-centered approach and goal setting.

Ideal Candidate
* Current unrestricted registration with relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, AASW)
* Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work
* Australian Citizenship
* Strong clinical reasoning and team engagement skills
* Passion for rehabilitation
* Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded
