About the Role
As a Home Finance Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for members applying for loans through our online lending platform. You'll support applicants from enquiry to settlement, combining your lending knowledge with a passion for service and results. Whether you're based in Brisbane, Bundaberg or beyond — if you're a motivated lending professional who thrives in a digital-first environment, we want to hear from you
What You'll Be Doing:
* Respond to member enquiries about loan products, policies and eligibility.
* Manage and assess online home loan applications and prepare proposals for Loans Acceptance.
* Achieve individual KPI's that support broader organisational goals.
* Maintain regular outbound contact with customers through our CRM to build strong relationships.
* Ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers by owning the relationship from start to finish.
* Provide accurate, timely, and professional service that aligns with our values.
* Keep up to date with our loan products, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
* Handle customer concerns or complaints within policy and compliance requirements.

* A minimum of three (3) years of mortgage lending
* Excellentcommunication and conflict resolution skills
* Strongsales and service expertise with a results-driven mindset
* Ability to work independently, stay organised, and achieve results remotely
* Knowledge of lending and insurance products and processes
* Tech-savvy with confidence usingMicrosoft Office, CRM systems and other business applications
* ASIC Tier II Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
