About this role
The ACT Government is undertaking a whole of government digital transformation program of its service delivery using Salesforce as the main delivery platform. We are seeking to reimagine the way citizens interact with government and are building digital services that are integrated, customised and personalised for the citizen experience.
Objectives of this Role
The Project Manager will support the successful application and extension of transformative digital services across ACT government, through one or more projects encompassing the people, process, place and technology aspects of transformation. This work will be undertaken using an end-to-end design thinking methodology and focused on user experience using co-design methods.
Successful applicant will have demonstrated:
* Experience in managing complex projects with significant ICT components.
* Experience in leading high performing multi-disciplinary project teams delivering according to an end-to-end design thinking methodology, and operating in a hybrid agile/waterfall framework.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Focus on project outcomes and a clear record of delivery of these.
* Expertise in risk and issue management at the project level.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
* Understanding of the policy and technical issues around citizen digital identity, are advantages.
