Support sales activities and administration in a dynamic media environment at JCDecaux Australia.
Your role
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales Team across all sales activities
* Assisting with building campaign proposals
* Creating and running relevant reports such as MOVE, Fusion, Agile
* Liaising with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements
* Communicating with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts
* Providing sales team with post-analysis of advertising campaigns
* Assisting Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing
* Tracking bonus delivery agreed for campaigns set by salespeople

Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with solid administration skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask
* Self-management and confidence
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Customer service orientation
