Your role As an Associate Civil Engineer in our Land Infrastructure Practice, you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of the land infrastructure sector.
Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you'll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.
What you'll be doing
• Technical leader across the Queensland Practice, getting involved in the early stages of projects to set them on a successful course and verifying design outputs.
• Mentoring and coaching Engineers across our Queensland Practice.
• Collaborating across disciplines – work closely with a range of experts to explore creative solutions to system needs
• Client facing as you assist with the delivery of innovative solutions.
• Providing insights with care – share well-informed guidance that supports confident, inclusive decision-making
• Improving systems mindfully – use thoughtful techniques to understand performance and identify areas for positive change What you'll bring You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking.
You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work.
You'll also have:
• A relevant engineering degree, be RPEQ accredited and experience in a wide range of civil engineering disciplines.
• A strong ability to shape thoughtful, effective solutions in infrastructure
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a wide range of people
