About the Role
Our business is looking for a motivated and change driven person to join our team, servicing the IT needs of the business internally and identifying improvements and gaps as we continue to grow. We're a smaller company, so your role will be diverse and you'll be kept busy across different responsibilities.
We are looking for experienced IT Support officer who has a can-do attitude, an ability to think on their feet, a diverse technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers. Your core focus will be supporting and maintaining existing systems but also contributing to process improvement and providing advice on ad-hoc IT projects. This role is permanent, full time. Reporting into the Managing Director to commence, you will provide immense value to the business through the functions of:
* Provide support and triage to all IT systems.
* Setup, deploy and maintain IT systems including PCs, servers, mobile devices, network infrastructure, NAS, IP Cameras etc.
* Conduct regular access reviews and IT asset auditing.
* Maintain accurate and detailed IT documentation and procedures
* Investigate new technology for Zax Amusements to consider, and participate in projects as required
* Regular monitoring and improvement of all internal systems
* Manage on-boarding/off-boarding processes with the provisioning of employee's software, hardware and access levels
Selection Criteria
In order to be successful for the role, we'd like you to bring:
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience with Microsoft Server products including Windows Server, SQL, Hyper-V, IIS, Active Directory, replication and Group Policy
* Experience with Microsoft 365 suite including Office, SharePoint and OneDrive
* Experience with "VEEAM Backup and Replication", Mimecast, and Kaspersky Antivirus, or similar applications.
* Experience with IT security tools
* Any experience with Intercard or any other related Debit Card systems would be advantageous
* Must be able to pass police background check and provide references
