**Location:** SA**Position:** Permanent full time**Benefits:** Company vehicle + laptop + phone provided**What you'll be doing:*** Ensuring top-tier quality by implementing and upholding the Quality Management Plan, ensuring compliance with ISO **** and all relevant regulations.
* Conduct on-site inspections, ensuring work meets nbn's high standards while identifying areas for improvement.
* Provide detailed product quality reports, analyse trends, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
* Work closely with client representatives, conduct joint field audits, and address quality control issues proactively.
* Ensure all field assurance activities align with the audit schedule and operational requirements.
**Who we're looking for:*** We'd love that if you can hit the ground running - If you have strong knowledge of FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, HFC, or basic civils, you are on the right path.
* A Quality-focused leader with experience in Quality Management or Supervisory roles within the telecommunications or infrastructure sectors.
* A strong problem solver with the ability to spot issues before they arise and work with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
* A confident communicator who can liaise with field teams, internal stakeholders, and client representatives* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and data analysis.
