NES Fircroft is currently partnering with a global leader across various sectors, including fertiliser production. Within their Western Australia operations, they are finalising the construction of a Urea plant and are actively seeking a Plant Manager to oversee operations. This role is offered on a permanent residential basis in regional Western Australia. Sponsorship for the successful candidate is available. The Plant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Urea Plant and manage a multi-disciplined, multi-national team. Excellent communication and technical skills are essential for this role. Key experience and skills required: Minimum of 18+ years of hands-on experience in a Urea Granulation Fertiliser Plant Demonstrated experience with Saipem Snamprogetti Technology At least 10 years in a managerial role overseeing teams within a chemical processing environment Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering High level of Quality Control expertise Excellent communication and leadership skills, with demonstrable experience in building and improving high-performing teams This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an industry-first project within Australia and to make a significant impact during this client's growth stage.
