Role: Technical Lead (Java + RESTAPI +GitLab + OSS)
Location: Sydney
Job Description:
* Drive end-to-end delivery of OSS systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.(Good to have)
* Design and develop RESTful APIs using modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Micronaut, etc.).
* Architect robust OSS solutions integrating with telecom systems like BSS, network inventory, and provisioning.
* Version Control with GitLab – Manage code repositories, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
* Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for coding and documentation.
* Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.
* Ensure high-quality code through automated testing, static analysis, and continuous integration.
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in large-scale OSS platforms.
* Implement and maintain security best practices in code, API usage, and deployment.
* Act as the technical liaison between development teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
