We're looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our Melbourne Architecture studio. This person would assist the Operations Manager in ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the studio and contribute to developing a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The Studio Coordinator provides support to all staff and is the first point of contact for external stakeholders and the public. They will have well-developed interpersonal skills and establish professional relationships with SJB staff, clients, consultants, suppliers, and key personnel.In the day-to-day administration and management of a busy design studio, the Studio Coordinator ensures operational efficiencies and effectiveness.

- Assisting with events management
- Managing Operations calendar
- Facilities management
- Coordinate and record attendance for CPD/supplier presentations
- Ensure effective communication of all studio policies and procedures
- Assist with the implementation of office policies, standards and procedures
- Customer Service Management
- Hospitality
- Stocktaking
