Health Information Services (HIS) at **Monash Medical Centre**, Clayton has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and experienced Administration/ Customer Service Officer's to join our team at the Main Reception and Admissions Office.

**About the HIS Team and the Role**

In this administrative role your primary responsibilities will include:

- Provide customers exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone;
- Complete and ensure accurate data entry when admitting and updating patient details on the Patient administrative system (iPM), and other data entry and administrative duties as required (as outlined on the attached PD)

**Operating Hours**

The Monash Medical Centre (MMC) Clayton Main Reception/Admissions Department is open 7 days per week. Shifts start and finish times may vary between 7am and finish at 8pm with the potential of operating hours to be changed and extended as the service continues to grow

Staff may also be required to travel to other Monash Health sites.
