Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Complete a 10-month intensive training course covering foundations of meteorology, synoptic-scale meteorology, mesoscale meteorology, and weather services and procedures at the Bureau Meteorological Training Centre in Melbourne.
* Work alongside expert meteorologists in operational centres after training completion.
* Issue severe weather warnings and provide daily forecasts supporting aviation, defence, maritime industries, emergency services, and Australia's Antarctic operations.

Compensation & Benefits
* Graduate salary of $66,351 plus 15.4% superannuation.
