About the service and role
This welcoming Early Childhood Service is centrally located in Wagga Wagga, close to schools, parks, and local amenities. You will work alongside a team of experienced and passionate educators who value connection, creativity, and collaboration.

As the ECT in the Kindergarten room, you will:
* Lead a team of educators and guide meaningful learning experiences
* Design and evaluate programs tailored to each child's unique interests and strengths
* Build relationships with families, schools, and the local community
* Help the centre maintain or exceed the National Quality Standard
Our approach is informed by contemporary research and includes frameworks like Circle of Security, Project-Based Learning, and the Abecedarian Approach, giving you access to some of the most advanced early childhood pedagogies.
Our successful Early Childhood Teacher will have:
* NESA registration (mandatory)
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
* At least 12 months of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
* Availability to work full-time on a rotating roster
* Confidence in having meaningful discussions with families
* Strong understanding of the planning cycle and early learning frameworks
