This is a senior operational and stakeholder facing role where you'll influence outcomes, drive process excellence, and support sales and settlement success across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities Partner with internal teams to elevate customer and stakeholder experience Lead and empower a team of Contract Specialists - forecasting, resource planning & performance Manage contract preparation, variations, cancellations and terminations end to end Oversee escalations and act as point of contact for legal representatives and strategic partners Review and sign financial and transfer documentation in PEXA during peak cycles Identify and mitigate risk across trust accounting, hardship requests and compliance Enhance templates, SOPs, and training materials aligned to regulatory updates Ensure strict compliance with policies, contract governance and escalation frameworks What You Bring To succeed, you'll be someone who is commercially sharp, organised, and confident navigating stakeholders at all levels: Essential Licensed Conveyancer or Qualified Lawyer 5-7+ years within conveyancing, contract operations or a related legal function Background leading a high-performing team Strong internal business partnering and relationship management capability Deep working knowledge of property contract processes and risk management You're someone who Leads with a customer first mindset and collaborative style Makes sound decisions under pressure Embraces continuous improvement and drives change effectively Only those with full working rights within Australia need apply.
