About this role: We are seeking a Therapy and Leisure Partner to promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents at our facility.
You will work closely with the allied health team to support residents in maintaining their functional abilities, encouraging them to use and develop skills in ways that are personally meaningful.
You will follow care plans and provide person-centred support during therapeutic activities.
