Enough about us, let’s talk about you.In response to strong client demand for our services we are currently seeking an experienced Manager with extensive advisory and transformation/change experience in the financial services and banking industry.Ideally you will also have the following:Over 4+ years of experience in a Strategy & Operations consulting role at a leading professional services firm or an FSI organisationLead strategy, transformation, and operations projects, delivering results that drive meaningful change for clients in the banking and financial services industries.Fluent in data analytics and deriving insights from vast data sources.Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define objectives, manage project deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations.Leverage a deep understanding of banking processes to identify areas for operational improvement and transformation.Apply data fluency and process optimization knowledge to inform strategy and enhance operational efficiencies.Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and expanding client relationships.Awareness of Process Digitisation tools and Process Mining tools is mandatory.Key Requirements:Banking or Insurance Experience: Demonstrable experience working within or consulting for the banking or insurance sectors.Consulting Experience: Prior experience in management consulting, ideally with exposure to strategy and transformation initiatives.Process and Data Fluency: Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.Project Leadership: Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and delivering client-focused results.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.Why Deloitte?
