The Role
Working closely with the Agent, the EA/Business Manager will oversee the full sales process from listing through to settlement and beyond.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a strong client focus, and the ability to deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full listing-to-settlement and post-settlement process
- Provide administrative support across all stages of the sales process
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, valuers, and inspectors
- Prepare listing presentations, auction packs, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Arrange photoshoots, inspections, and pre-settlement appointments
About You
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Manager (real estate experience highly regarded)
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency with AgentBox or similar CRM software
