About this role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple tasks, and working collaboratively with our team members.
This is a pivotal role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for:
* Taking inbound and outbound calls for client accounts
* Performing ad-hoc administration duties, including invoicing and debtor follow-up
* Managing client accounts, including service agreements and NDIS funding knowledge
* Using online booking systems, such as Splose, Cliniko, Power Diary, and Halaxy
* Completing daily handovers and task management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in an allied health administration role
* NDIS experience from a service provider view
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Google Suite
