On 1 January 2026, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health and Nexus Primary Health merged to form a new, unified not‐for‐profit community health organisation, Omnia Community Health. This decision followed an extensive exploration process that confirmed the merger will improve access to safe, high‐quality and sustainable health and community services across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie local government areas.

Our organisation brings together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both entities. Services span general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing. These services are delivered from sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach into surrounding communities.

About the Role

We are seeking a Grade 2 Paediatric Audiologist to join our multi-disciplinary team.

This role provides evidence‐based audiology services to children and adolescents from birth to 18 years, using a mix of on‐site, outreach, and transdisciplinary approaches.

A Typical Day May Include:
* Providing assessment and management of paediatric audiology clients (0–18 years), using face‐to‐face, group and telehealth service models
* Delivering services across home, community and centre‐based environments
* Completing diagnostic hearing, middle ear function and speech discrimination assessments
* Providing written reports and making appropriate referrals
* Supporting and educating parents/caregivers
* Liaising with external agencies, schools and healthcare professionals
* Supervising grade 1 audiologists and Master of Audiology students (as required)
About You
* Minimum 1 year experience working with children
* Experience in the delivery of audiology services to children and/or adolescents.
* Experience in working with families using a strengths‐based approach.
