A privately owned, design-led property developer based in the heart of Burleigh Heads is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of high-end projects across residential, hospitality and industrial sectors, this business has established itself as a key player in delivering premium, design-focused developments across South East Queensland and key lifestyle markets. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio including hotel-integrated developments, ultra-luxury residential projects and large-scale land and industrial estates. About the Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to delivery and operational handover. You will play a key role in managing complex, high-value developments, ensuring strong commercial outcomes while maintaining a focus on design quality and project execution.
