About the Role: As a Mechanical Design Draftsperson, you will be working collaboratively with a drafting team and engineers to develop new design concepts. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and technical proficiency, with an emphasis on cost-effective and timely design solutions. Key responsibilities include: Developing and detailing mechanical designs using Autodesk Inventor and Vault Collaborating with engineers and workshop staff to ensure practical and effective outcomes Managing communications with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers Contributing to project planning and cost control efforts Ensuring all designs meet safety and quality standards This position offers not just a rewarding role but genuine opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
