The Position
We are seeking a motivated and capable Care Manager to join our team full time at Gracemere Gardens. The Care Manager will plan, allocate, and delegate duties to ensure safe, efficient, and person-centred care delivery. You will lead and mentor clinical and care teams, support best-practice clinical outcomes, oversee human and material resource management, and contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the home.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
