The TLS Internal Communications Team is a diverse, high-energy, and innovative team that works collaboratively to provide best-in-class communications and engagement activities for TLS colleagues. As a key member of the broader Internal Communications and Knowledge Management team, the Internal Communications Analyst is responsible for supporting the team's mission to engage, prepare, and inspire colleagues, with a focus on supporting the APAC Servicing organization.
The person in this role will partner with colleagues within the Global Internal Communications team and across APAC Servicing and support teams to drive innovative, engaging, and informative communications. This position will have shared oversight for our intranet site, the TLS Link, and will work to develop content, build followership, and effectively disseminate critical messages. This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent written and verbal communicator, proactive, passionate about using technology to engage audiences, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role operates in the premium customer space and the successful incumbent must have exceptional understanding of this segment and the requirements of those servicing it.
**Responsibilities**
- Support leadership in the development and delivery of communications
- Manage the delivery of content for a variety of communication channels; write, review, edit and proofread content
- Consult with stakeholders and leadership in the planning, creation, and delivery of communications
- Facilitate interactive workshops designed to develop the technical, creative and communication skillsets of local market communication contacts, and provide ongoing support and mentorship
- Co-own oversight of the global TLS Link intranet site and governance of the eight local market sub spaces in APAC - inclusive of content development, design, and measurement
- Manage editorial calendars in partnership with servicing leadership and local communication contacts, ensuring alignment with global news and TLS business priorities
- Execute communications strategies and plans for APAC Servicing projects and initiatives
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance of communications activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
- This position will report into the Senior Manager of Internal Communications
- Exceptionally strong command of verbal and written English
- Superior, detail-oriented verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- A passion for communications, telling stories, and engaging audiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities and tight timelines
- Strong partnership-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Highly proficient in creative software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficient with Jive and/or Unily or knowledge of content management systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and various audiences, preferably global
- Creative thinking, robust decision-making, flexibility, and the ability to manage, drive, and measure change
- Previous experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - Premier, Photoshop, Illus
