Our Procurement recruitment team is looking for an experienced Candidate Manager/Recruitment Resourcer to join our Wayville office.
Your new role:
You'll join our Procurement team headed up by Rachel Homer (feel free to connect with her on Linkedin) who brings a wealth of industry knowledge. You'll hit the ground running and engage with top talent in the procurement space. Your day to day will consist of:
1. Work alongside the consultants to understand job requirements
2. Strategically sourcing active and passive talent
3. Talent pooling - seek searches, linkedin projects, networking events, industry referrals
4. Candidate management, you'll be the first point of
