You'll shape and deliver high-impact retail campaigns and trade marketing programs that drive growth, deepen retailer partnerships, and deliver commercial results. Strategic Retail Marketing
* Experience in retail marketing strategy, including channel planning, distribution strategy, and campaign formulation
* Ability to translate strategic goals into tactical programs and annual retail marketing plans
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving brand growth and profitable sales
Campaign & Promotion Management
* Experience planning and executing multi-channel retail campaigns and promotional activities
* Data analysis and insight to be able to measure campaign impact and optimise results
* Coordination with internal teams (Sales, Category, Controlling) and external retail partners
Consumer & Trade Marketing
* Expertise in visual merchandising and retail execution across online and offline touchpoints
* Experience in trade marketing communications, new product launches, and retailer education programs
* Ability to lead promotional asset creation, distribution, and activation
Leadership & Team Management
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team
* Experience conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and integrating team members in decision-making
* Resource planning and budget management experience
