The Role
* Diary Management/organise appointments
* Database management
* Auction and open home preparation
* Liaise and follow up solicitors
* Property Appraisal preparation and after care
* Project manage renovations and property styling pre-sale
* Coordinating open homes
* Contract management and Form 6's
* Maintaining/Managing staff KPI's within Tina's team
* Mailouts and marketing collateral
* Vendor reporting
The Candidate
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Direct experience in a PA/EA role supporting a high profile Sales Agent
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
* The ability to work proactively and independently
* A valid driver's license
* Strong administration and communication skills
