Experienced Gaming attendants wanted – Part time

About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll be the face of our club — providing friendly service, ensuring a safe and responsible gaming environment, and keeping the area clean, comfortable, and inviting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has great attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

- Create memorable experiences for our customers
- Educate our customers about what’s on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards
- Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service
- Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
- Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures (e.g. RSA/RCG, safe food handling)
- Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
- Be willing and able to work in a variety of areas within the club
- Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn all aspects of the club
- Help the club to continuously improve and strive for a constructive culture where all are welcome

Requirements

- At least 12 months of experience in a similar gaming, hospitality, or customer service role
- A genuine passion for gaming and interest in the industry
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA & RSG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
