The Role:
As a Building Services Modeller and BIM Coordinator you'll deliver coordinated, high-quality building services models and documentation across exciting projects. Work side-by-side with our mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services engineers to tackle clash detection, Revit modelling, and technical coordination from early project concept through to construction-ready documentation.

The role includes:
· Developing and coordinating building services BIM models using Revit MEP and associated Autodesk product suite software
· Supporting multi-disciplinary project teams across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects
· Producing high-quality design documentation in line with project standards and deadlines
· Coordinating models across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire disciplines
· Working within Common Data Environments (CDEs) and established BIM workflows
· Assisting with clash detection, model reviews, and coordination workshops
· Building strong working relationships with engineers, designers, and external stakeholders
About you:
This role is perfect for an experienced BIM modeler looking to take their next step and drive outcomes across the company project portfolio. Our ideal candidate has:
· –10 years' experience in Building Services Modelling and BIM coordination
· Strong understanding of HVAC systems and working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and fire services
· Proficiency in Revit MEP (Dynamo, Navisworks experience highly regarded)
· Experience using CDEs such as ACC and Revizto
· Knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows and BIM standards
· Ability to manage and coordinate single-discipline or multi-disciplinary BIM models
· High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, well-coordinated documentation
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· A proactive, team-focused mindset
