Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and quality management. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and monitoring food safety programs, conducting regular inspections and audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with production teams to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills
- Experience in Food Safety and Food Manufacturing
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor\'s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred
- Certification in food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP) is a plus
