About the roleIn this role you will be responsible for the planning and execution of customer acquisition marketing initiatives across both retail and business segments.
In addition, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, consideration and conversion of Bank of Sydney and our products and services through integrated campaigns across above the line (ATL), digital and direct channels to deliver growth.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, key responsibilities include:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the banks overall goals and objectivesEnsure the banks brand identity, positioning and messaging is enforcedIdentify target markets, analyse customer segments and devise marketing acquisition plans to enhance brand awareness and revenue growthMonitor market trends and research and identify opportunities to enhance the banks brand perceptionDevelop, execute and optimise the acquisition marketing strategy, balancing ATL, direct and digital channels to deliver new-to-bank customer growthManage the production, delivery, media and performance marketing programs across key channels including social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc), paid search, affiliates, website/microsites and other digital and mass channelsMonitor campaign performance, prepare reports and use customer and market insights to optimise results and recommend improvements.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing communications that are of high-quality and on-time to achieve business objectives.
Support the Marketing team as required to deliver marketing communications - including planning, content creation, distribution and execution for all owned, paid and earnt media and events.All about youWe're seeking a results-driven, passionate professional who is ready to take the role and make it their own.
You'll bring:Tertiary qualification in commerce, marketing or related discipline preferred 4+ years' experience in acquisition/growth/performance/digital marketing/marketing or related discipline CRM experience (preferably Salesforce lead management & Marketing Cloud) Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics and SEO platformsStrong experience with marketing analytics, reporting and ROI measurement.Excellent time management, with the ability to meet targets & deadlines Clear and effective communication skills Creative eye & attention to detailAre you with us?
