About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy, family-run hotel.
Key Duties:
* Manage daily hotel operations across bar, restaurant, and accommodation
* Lead, train, and schedule staff to maintain high service standards
* Oversee budgets, stock control, and cost management
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
* Handle guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory
* Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive business

Ideal Candidate
* Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management (or equivalent qualification or employment experience)
* Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
