The Role
We're looking for an Insurance Building Supervisor who thrives on responsibility and can manage projects with confidence and clarity. You will be the key link between clients, contractors, and the AAROW team — ensuring every repair is assessed accurately, delivered safely, and finished to the high standard we stand for.
* Minimum of 1-5 years of building supervision experience.
* Insurance building or restoration experience preferred.
* Trade certificate required.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
* Valid White Card mandatory.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of site work, office collaboration, and the option to work remotely when suitable.
