Overview
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced automotive leader to step into an Equity Dealer Principal role within a successful and established dealership in coastal Queensland. This is not a Brisbane-based role and will require relocation.
Responsibilities
Reporting at executive level, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance of the dealership, with a strong emphasis on operational control, dealership administration, compliance and team leadership. This role suits a hands‐on leader who understands every moving part of a dealership and can drive both commercial outcomes and cultural excellence.
You will oversee all areas of dealership administration including finance, reporting, compliance, HR and payroll, while working closely with department managers to ensure systems, processes and controls are operating at best practice level.
