We are seeking a skilled Events Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of events - from weddings and corporate functions to community celebrations and gala balls. This role involves working alongside our team to bring each client's vision to life, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
The key responsibilities include:
* Responding to event enquiries and coordinating bookings
* Liaising between clients, hospitality teams and chefs regarding meal plans and layouts
* Coordinating set-up and pack down of events, maintaining an up-to-date event stock list
* Delivering exceptional customer service and client experiences
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience coordinating weddings, functions or venue-based events
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating memorable experiences
