About the Role
As Head of Practice, you will be responsible for leading a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers, providing strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirements.
You will ensure practice compliance with regulatory standards, service level agreements, and internal policies, championing innovation and continuous improvement in legal service delivery.

* 5 – 8+ years PAE in property law with a principal practicing certificate (or ability to obtain one).
