Senior Business Analyst – IDAM | Federal Government | 12‑Month Contract

A large Federal Government agency is delivering a major cyber uplift program, including the Cyber DTx Initiative, which is enhancing cyber capabilities to secure existing and future networks, systems, and data. As part of this initiative, the agency is uplifting maturity in line with the Essential Eight Maturity Model, with immediate requirements in the Identity & Access Management (IDAM) stream.
Your New Role
You will join the IDAM stream as a Senior Business Analyst, working with cyber project teams and business stakeholders to scope, define, and shape the onboarding of new IDAM capabilities. This includes mapping current‑state identity and access processes, defining requirements, and helping steer the strategic direction of the stream in a Wagile delivery environment.

Silverfort
Delinea Privileged Access Management
What You'll Need to Succeed
Strong experience as a Technical or Cyber Business Analyst, with exposure to IDAM/IAM/PAM initiatives.
Ability to engage and influence multiple business and technical stakeholders.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and analysis.
Ability to work 50% in‑office.
Baseline clearance (minimum) and eligibility to obtain NV1 (sponsorship provided).
Sydney preferred, but Melbourne or Canberra applicants will be considered.
