Dental Boutique is opening in Melton, and we’re looking for our very first team members who can support both chairside and front office operations. You’ll play a key role in creating a calm, welcoming environment while supporting world-class dental treatments.
We’re seeking candidates with dental assisting experience, ideally with surgical experience, though full training will be provided. If you also have reception or customer service experience, that’s a bonus as you’ll have the opportunity to work across both clinical and front office duties as the clinic grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Chairside assistance – supporting dentists with precision, care, and confidence
* Preparing rooms, instruments & equipment – ensuring everything is spotless and ready for each patient
* Keeping treatment areas and front office running smoothly – organised, efficient, and calm under pressure
* Sterilisation and infection control – ensuring safety for patients and staff
* Patient support & reception – welcoming patients, answering enquiries, and easing nerves
* Team collaboration – working seamlessly with colleagues to deliver a premium patient journey
About You
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
* Experience in surgical dental assisting is highly desirable, but not essential
* Customer service or reception experience is a plus
* Strong attention to detail – you know it’s the little things that count
* Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
* A caring, positive attitude that lifts patients and teammates alike
