**_About the Role_**
A newly created role, for a passionate customer service professional to join the Brisbane Bullets as our Consumer Operations Coordinator on a casual basis.
The role will be on-site 3 days a week, potentially extending to 4 days during busier periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking for any missed calls from overnight or early morning and returning calls promptly to provide assistance and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Answering phone calls throughout the day from fans and customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or inquiries related to memberships, ticketing, and other consumer-related matters.
- Managing and coordinating group ticketing inquiries, including processing group ticket orders, providing quotes, and coordinating ticketing logistics for group events.
- Proactively reaching out to past members to inquire about their interest in renewing their memberships, and providing information about membership benefits, pricing, and incentives to encourage renewals.
- Conducting outbound sales calls to sell new memberships over the phone, providing information about membership packages, benefits, and promotions, and processing membership orders.
- Assisting the team members with various tasks throughout the day, including data entry, ticketing system updates, and other administrative duties related to consumer operations.
- Providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**_About You_**
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the sporting industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with fans, staff, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic understanding of consumer operations principles, including ticketing, merchandise sales, and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the team's event schedule.
- Passion for sports, particularly basketball, and an understanding of fan engagement and customer service in a sports context.
