About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and workshop teams. This role suits someone with either a mechanical background or strong customer service experience — and a passion for delivering premium service.

You’ll work alongside expert technicians, brand professionals, and service administrators to provide a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for service customers
- Coordinate service bookings, vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and cleaning
- Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates
- Ensure accurate recording of services, costs, and customer concerns
- Identify upselling opportunities for additional services or products
- Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to ensure efficiency

What We’re Looking For

- Strong customer service background (automotive, retail, or fast-paced industry)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Valid open manual driver’s licence with clean driving history
- Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership
- Mechanical or technical knowledge of vehicles
