Kundalini Hair is seeking a warm, organised and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our team in Barton.
This role is the heart of the salon — welcoming clients, supporting our stylists, and ensuring the day runs smoothly.
We are currently offering two part-time roles, or the opportunity for the right candidate to combine both positions.
This is a fast-paced role within a dynamic salon environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, this position plays an important part in creating the calm, welcoming experience Kundalini Hair is known for. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organised in a busy setting and brings a warm, professional presence to the space.
Role 1 – Reception / Front of House
27 hours per week
Tuesday 9.30am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 9am - 6pm
Thursday 9.30am - 5.30pm
Role 2 – Reception / Front of House
23 hours per week
Thursday 12pm - 7.15pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 8.15am-2.30pm
The Role
As our Front of House team member you will be responsible for:
• Greeting and welcoming clients
• Managing appointments through our booking system
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and retail purchases
• Supporting the team with daily salon operations
• Maintaining a clean, organised and calm reception environment
• Assisting with retail displays and product knowledge
What We Are Looking For
• A warm and professional personality
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confidence with computers and booking systems
• A calm, proactive approach to problem solving
Experience in reception preferred, experience in the hair/beauty industry is not essential but favourable.
