Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a office based role where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and reviewing mechanical systems. You will use your expertise in mechanical engineering to deliver large Hospital, Labs, Data Center, Offices, Apartments, and large infrastructure projects. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in design processes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Design Engineering and Detail Mechanical Engineering
* Experience in Hospital, Labs, Data Centre Projects will be preferred
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is beneficial
* Previous experience in HVAC Contracting or similar industries is an added advantage
* Proficiency in project management principles, estimating and commercial awareness
