Opportunity to work for an experienced, long-standing residential property developer and builder known for their innovative design and high-quality developments. Their Sydney Design team seek a high-performing draftsperson to assist within their Residential department.
**Role + Expertise**
- 5-7 years experience
- Qualifications in Design, Architecture, Drafting or related
- Experience working on residential housing essential
- Previous experience in the design industry, or a similar firm
- Knowledge of 3D drafting and CGIs (computer modelling)
- Artist impressions
- ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, essential
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
