Job Overview
* We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the security of our court facilities.
The successful candidate will provide operational support and advice on protective security matters, lead security operations when required, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and develop policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic leadership in security operations across multiple court locations.
2. Develop and implement effective security plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and judicial officers.
4. Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders to deliver briefings, training, and presentations.
Requirements:
* Diploma or higher in a relevant field (e.g., government security, risk management).
* Successful completion of the Sheriff's Officer Recruit Training Program.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
* First Aid certificate.
* Meet agency standards for health, physical, and psychological requirements.
