We’re a rapidly growing, proudly South Australian owned and operated business in the wine label industry, looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s friendly, organised, and ready to make a real impact.
In just three years, we’ve built an award-winning business that celebrates and supports designers, winemakers, and manufacturers. With deep knowledge of the label printing industry, we’ve refined what works, left behind what doesn’t, and focused on building long, loyal relationships with clients big and small. Now, as we prepare to celebrate our 4th birthday, we’re ready to welcome a new team member who shares our passion for quality, creativity, and people.
About the Role
You’ll be the steady hand that keeps projects running smoothly. From answering client calls and emails to coordinating jobs with our sales, production, and design teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality adhesive labels that our clients are proud to showcase on their bottles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing warm, professional service via phone, email, and in person.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Managing multiple projects with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Keeping our CRM up to date with accurate customer and project information.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Sharing knowledge to guide clients on label printing and wine labelling.
About You
- Previous customer service experience (printing, labels, or wine industry a plus).
- A sharp eye for detail with strong project and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional yet approachable style.
- Friendly phone manner and confidence in dealing with all kinds of personalities.
- A true team player who also takes ownership of their own responsibilities.
- Positive, committed, and eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable with CRM and computer systems, and quick to pick up new tools.
