About the position: Our client is looking for a Corporate M&A & Litigation - Special Counsel to lead major transactional work and drive strategic growth from their GC office. You’ll advise on complex corporate matters including litigation matters, mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, restructures, joint ventures, and general advisory, with a particular demand for Capital Markets expertise. But beyond the legal work, this is a career-defining leadership role. You’ll work closely with the CEO on the firm’s strategic goals, help guide national expansion, and build and mentor your own high-performing team. It’s a rare opportunity for someone who’s ready to step beyond the traditional Special Counsel role and into a firm-wide leadership position.
